We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives in complexity, builds trust quickly, and knows how to turn a client’s vision into reality. If you’ve led projects from concept to handover and enjoy mentoring others while solving problems collaboratively, we want to hear from you.

In this role you will…

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and mixed-use projects
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Manage scope, variations, risks, and financials with precision
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture
• Deliver strategic consultancy services with sector insight
• Represent Savills at industry events and forums

What Sets You Apart 

• Tertiary qualifications in property or construction
• Experience in Head Contract, ECI, and D&C delivery models
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving ability
• Confidence in navigating complex environments
