About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a full time Team Administrator to join Savills Perth office in January 2026 on a maternity leave contract, supporting several dynamic teams. The Team Administrator is an essential and valued member of the team who ensures efficient delivery of priorities. Being pro-active, organised, and meticulous attention to detail will be critical. This role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Team Administrator and grow within a successful company.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Provide timely and quality administrative services across a variety of teams, effectively managing competing priorities and responding to varying levels of urgency.
- Provide meeting and event support to the team, organise client meetings and functions
- Provide diary management, travel coordination, expense and credit card reconciliation
- Prepare and issue tax invoices and purchase orders and manage accounts payable, client billing and debtors
- Assist with the preparation of submissions, Information Memorandums (IMs), Electronic Direct Mail (EDM), and other marketing collateral
- Respond to client enquiries on behalf of team members, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Maintain and update administration systems, procedures and methods
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required, including supporting internal audits and risk management.
What Sets You Apart
- Previous experience in a similar Administration role
- Real Estate experience is preferable but not essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and take initiative.
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resilient with the ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with Canva will be viewed upon favourably
