About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a full time Associate Director to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Working within the highly reputable Valuation & Advisory team in Brisbane, this senior role will allow you to utilise your expertise and experience undertaking specialised valuations. 

There is huge potential to expand Savills capabilities in the going concern sector, leveraging off one of the most successful Valuations teams in Australia and highly regarded pub agency team. Savills is fortunate to advise the largest pub owners in Australia and provides valuation advice across many national property portfolios.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Providing a variety of valuation and property consultancy services to many clients, with a focus on banking and institutional clients within the motel, caravan parks and pub sector
  • Undertaking valuations for financial reporting, mortgage and acquisition purposes
  • Seek panel appointments with major lenders
  • Prepare sales analysis
  • Meet valuation and project deadlines to ensure the highest standards of service
  • Maintaining a comparable sales and trading benchmark database for all hospitality property
  • Maintaining an understanding of both local and national hospitality markets
  • Work alongside our going concern valuers in NSW, QLD, VIC and SA
  • Participate in the development of business relationships to provide services and identify business opportunities, including attending industry events

What Sets You Apart 

  • Completed a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar and be a Certified Practising Valuer
  • Registered Valuer under the Valuers Registration Act
  • Previous experience specialising in going concern valuations
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • High level skills in Microsoft software packages
  • Willingness to self-promote their skills and meet face to face with existing and potential clients
  • Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation
  • Proactive work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and a good problem solver
